These clients were inspired by our Russell Barr Refresh to completely transform the second floor of their classic Cape Cod. The skylit central landing becomes the hub of all of the families private spaces, including a full primary suite, completely reimagined kids bedrooms and a adjoining jack and jill bathroom.

Additional finishing touches on the rest of the house finish upgrades to bring the first floor to life, modifications to the main staircase and a refinished basement with an additional full bathroom.
